Présentation :

David Cobham est professeur d’économie à l’université de Heriot-Watt à Edimbourg. Avant joindre Heriot-Watt au mois de septembre 2005, il travaillait à l’université de St Andrews. Sa domaine principale de recherche est la politique monétaire au Royaume-Uni, mais il s’intéresse aussi à l’intégration monétaire européenne, à l’indépendance des banques centrales et aux economies du Moyen-Orient.
