Steffen Lehndorff, born 1947, Dr. rer.pol., economist. Research Fellow at the Institut Arbeit und Qualifikation (Institute for Work, Skills and Qualification / IAQ), University of Duisburg/Essen, Germany. Steffen worked as a Research Director at the Institute Work and Technology (IAT), Gelsenkirchen / Germany and later as the Head of Department on Working-Time and Work Organisation at IAQ. His research focuses on employment relations and working-time at organisational, national and international levels and includes comparative research into employment models and industrial relations systems in the European crisis.
